When your order has been scanned at your States Aus Post Depot, you will receive an automatic dispatch notification email to the email address that you used to place the order.
Using this email, if you click on the tracking number within this email, you will be able to track the status of the delivery of your parcel to your doorstep.
There is also an option to receive text msg updates when your delivery is approaching. To do this, simply OPT in for text msg updates and provide your phone number at the checkout page when placing your order.
Keep in mind that sometimes orders are not always scanned as they move through the postal system. Rest assured that your parcel is on its way. If it has not moved in 3 to 5 days, please contact us at customer support so that we can investigate this for you.
