Our warehouse is highly efficient and we might not always be able to catch your order before it's processed. However, we will do our best to do so.
If we can catch it in time, we will cancel it and place a new order for you with the requested changes.
If we cannot catch your order before the warehouse processes it, you have two options.
Option 1 - Place another order straight away
The quickest way to get the correct size or colour is to place another order right away. We'll then give you a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect order to us for a refund on your original order.
Option 2 - Wait for the delivery and use our online returns portal for the exchange or refund
If you are not in a rush, the next option would be to wait for the order to be delivered. You can then use our online returns portal for the exchange or refund if you were wanting to cancel the order.
You will need your full order number (12345-AU) and the email address used to place your order.
